[darcs-users] Windows users needed to reproduce potential 2.4.3 bug

I must have fat-fingerly truncated a digit:

The good news is that this is starting to look like it may not be
Darcs's fault... (perhaps something related to the ssh that ships
with MSYS?).  Still a bit early to tell.
