New submission from gh <guillaumh at gmail.com>:
Reinier, you are right. I'm new to dividing patches to enhance commutation,
so I only separated the warning-removing patch (2) from the feature-removing
one (1) because (2) modifies lines that may easily be touched by other
patches (the import/export lines at beginning of files). In case of heavy
modification of import lines by other patches, (1) may still be applied
without conflicts. But yes it is better to split the (1) patch, there
was indeed one conflict because of that!
The attached new bundle applies cleanly to the current screened branch.
