On the other hand, having an "add bug/resolve bug/add test for bug…"
primitive patch type in darcs could open new possibilities. (For
instance, define a release goal as a set of bugs that have to be
resolved, and won't commute with their resolution; search for patches
that resolve some issue without relying on magic strings; be warned when
one of the forks of your repo resolves one of your bugs…)
