[darcs-users] bad encoding in patch name

Hi,

I've been looking at this (http://bugs.darcs.net/issue1693) off and on
for a couple of weeks. In summary, there's no nice fix at least in the
short-term, but I think we should at least be able to get your use case
working for the 2.10 release.

I'd suggest keeping an eye on that bug if you'd like more updates or to
get involved in the discussion.
