[darcs-users] Return value of hooks

You have to set "record test" in your repository _darcs/prefs/defaults file. IIRC, there is a also a means to set that in the repo history with Darcs setprefs, but I don't recall the details.

For me, test only runs if called explicitly 'darcs test'.
Take a look at darcs 2.8.4 typescript, please.
