[darcs-users] [ANN] Darcs 2.16.2 release

On behalf of the Darcs team, I would like to announce the release of
Darcs 2.16.2.

It turned out that darcs-2.16.1 cannot be built by downloading the
source tar ball, unpacking it, and then running 'cabal install' inside
the source folder.

We have released Darcs 2.16.2 to fix this. There are no other changes
relative to Darcs 2.16.1, so there is no reason to upgrade unless the
above mentioned problem affects you.
