[devops-bootcamp] Scheduled downtime for ostudent* servers

Hello DevOp'ers,
There are some kernel upgrades that need to be applied to the OpenStack
servers so I'm scheduling downtime for Saturday the 2nd around 10:00 PST.
It shouldn't be more than 20 minutes downtime for the upgrade and then
everything should come back up.
