[Evolution] composer window size

sometimes when i reply to an existing message, composer opens up too
small, and i have to scroll to see the last 8 or so characters in the
original message.  sometimes, the original message is wrapped so that it
fits in the window, but usually it is too wide.  any idea how to fix
this so it, by default, opens up in a bigger window?  or is it just a
bug?
