[Evolution-users] 3.46.1-0ubuntu1 Icons too small, shifted to left, no way to change

3.46.1-0ubuntu1 
OS is Ubuntu 22.10

On OS upgrade and Evolution upgrade to 3.46.1-0ubuntu1, icons have become very small
and shifted to the left.  Identical PC configuration still running Evolution 3.44.4-
0unbuntu1, icons are correct size.

After upgrade to Ubuntu 22.10, icons on all other programs are the correct size.

What do I need to do to get icons back to normal size?
