Not that I know of. This isn't an Evolution function. The best way to
keep your mail more-or-less in synch is to use IMAP, but that won't do
anything for contacts, filters etc. which are all stored locally.

You could try a file-synch process, or perhaps point your
.config/evolution directory to a cloud-based system but I would be
concerned about locking and about certain details being very
installation-specific. See "Data storage locations" in the online help.
