Evolution does not 'serve' this data.  It is a client.

What you are looking for is some kind of calendar/contacts service
provider.  I use Radicale, self-hosted, for calendar and contacts, and
all clients (Evolution, Android, iPhone) synchronize with no
difficulty.

I see you're using your own domain for email.  If you're self-hosting,
then setting up Radicale (or another DAV server) shouldn't be a big
challenge.  If you're paying for a hosting service, they may also
provide CalDAV/CardDAV services you can use.
