	Hi,
apart of what Matthias said, it also depends on the destination
calendar. It can be your server rejects the event, because it has
missing information. For example, I can import the event as is into an
On This Computer calendar, despite the "METHOD:PUBLISH()" is a wrong
value, it's supposed to be without the ending "()".

Try to fix the errors Matthias mentioned, including adding a UID after
BEGIN:VEVENT. Alternatively, import to an On This Computer calendar
(which will add some of the missing properties), then move the event to
the desired calendar.
