[Evolution-users] Middle Mouse Button Doesn't Lower Window

The windows in question are either new message or message being read.
Edit->Preferances seems to be somehoe "locked" on top and can't be
lowered in any way, which is not the case for new messages or messages
being read.

I suspect it has something to do with the interaction between Evolution
and KDE.
