Do you use the 'save session' mode in KDE? Also, is this with X11 or
Wayland (KDE on Wayland has some issues. including with save-session).

I use Evolution on Fedora 37, full-screen in its own virtual desktop,
with save-session on X11, and haven't seen this issue.
