Hmm.  I have an iCloud account set up and working properly using that
host name as a server.  As for the rest of the options I have as
follows:

Port 993
Encryption: TLS on a dedicated port
Authentication: Password

I believe I had to set up an "app password" or equivalent, since the
password stored in the keychain is definitely not my iCloud password. 
This may be your issue.
