Hi everybody, wise and evoluted people,

I followed your advices and got the most recent version of Evolution
via Flatpack and Flathub, that is the 3.48.0 one.

No problem at all to install my three mail accounts including iCloud.
Remember that you have to get an app password first via the iCloud
website because it will be asked at the end of the configuration
process. I personnaly had to write it down manually witk the keyboard
(four blocks of letters separated by an hyphen) because the copy-paste
function of the password given did not seem to work (the box left and
appeared again and again). Maybe there's an issue here but I'm not sure
because it had'nt been the problem observed during my mutiple tries to
install iCloud using the 3.38 version (Debian 11 main stable).
Anyway, the passage to the Flatpack version resolved my problem and a
big thank to Matt and Tim for helping me to get it right!
Happy Easter, Joyeuses Pâques,
Simon
