this is an old thread, created almost a year ago, still on the old

I've a follow up for it. I had a code to check the problem for me,
running for several months with no success (I did not reproduce the
problem), then a user found a reproducer and filled it here:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/2320
The fix landed for 3.48.1+.
