Hi,
I'm not sure, maybe. When I'm in an NNTP folder and press Ctrl+R (plain
Reply), then the composer shows "Post To" for that NNTP folder. The
NNTP messages show a "Newsgroup" header in the message preview for me.

I can change the "From" address. When I pick the NNTP account, I get a
Post To option, when I pick a regular mail account, I have To/CC shown
instead, even the To is empty. Thus you can reply privately, but you
need to copy the email address on your own.
