[Evolution-users] Cursor pointer "wrong" when moving around Evolution panes - 3.48.1

This is Evolution 3.48.1 on a newly upgrade Fedora 38.  If its relevant
the WebKit version is 2.40.0 

If you rapidly move the mouse into the Evolution window the cursor
changes to (eg) the right-resize cursor but fails to change back to the
standard arrow pointer after the edge has been moved over.  The wrong
version becomes the default version whilst in the Evolution window
until you move outside and slowly move the mouse back in.

It happens with both the main window and any subsidiary window, such as
a compose window.

It seems like the window event signals are not being received
correctly, or that they are not being generated properly.

Is this a Fedora 38 peculiarity or an Evolution/WebKit one?
