	Hi,
as long as it's about a window edge, I'd say it's a gtk3 thing, because
evolution itself doesn't do anything with the window edge dragging. And
if it's not a gtk3 thing, then the window manager is surely involved.

Easy checks can involve trying other gtk3 app, can be for example the
gtk3-demo (`sudo dnf install /usr/bin/gtk3-demo`) or even downgrading
Evolution to see whether the previous version is also affected. There
is not change influencing this behavior in the Evolution stack, as far
as I can tell.
