[Evolution-users] task overdue time seems to be unaware of timezone

Hi,
This issue appears to be related to an issue that I filed some time
back relating to being able to make tasks as done because the time was
in the future due to differences in displayed time in UTC+x timezones.
I am unable to find due to the mailing list move and the passage of
time. From memory, Milan fixed that issue and so he may remember.
The current issue is that To Do tasks in my install of evolution are
marked as late (red) on the day that they are due, rather than marking
them as late after the due date has passed. This is obviously not a
huge issue, but it would be nice for the warning to be more finely
tuned.
I suspect that this results from timezone version differences between
locale and UTC (I am in au).
Is this a known issue? Which repo should I file an issue if it is not?
Version of evolution is 3.48.4 (flatpak).
thanks
Dan
