	Hi,
for the scroll of the folder pane, that's not new, it's old. I do not
recall whether the fix was in the evolution itself, or in some library,
or both, I only know it used to do that and it's fixed now, at either
place. I'm sorry for being vague.

For the clicks, Evolution is a gtk3 app, while KDE is Qt. Unless the
KDE setting has a gtk3 counterpart, it won't work. These things should
be consistent across all gtk3 apps, because it's handled by the gtk3,
not by the app itself. If I recall correctly, KDE has a special section
for the gtk(3) settings. Maybe check that one. I do not use KDE, I
cannot guide you in detail.
