I guess you meant "not present", because, for me, it says:

Evolution                     org.gnome.Evolution  ....
Evolution translations        org.gnome.Evolution.Locale ...
GNOME Application Platform... org.gnome.Platform  ....
gnome platform translations   org.gnome.Platform.Locale  ....

That's okay, the directories are mapped under different names. They
have a leading dot in the name, thus `ls -la` shows more entries.

That's correct, those are from the evolution-data-server, background
processes serving calendar events, tasks, memos and contacts, to
whichever application is interested. The same processes run in the
evo's flatpak too.
