	Hi,
is it possible the text has got cut at the beginning of the first
signature? Being there a signature delimiter ("-- \n"), the text below
it is stripped, to avoid repeated signatures in the conversation. It
sort of misbehaves when the conversation uses Outlook's top posting
(writing reply above the original message, not inline/below it). With
signatures added above the original message, the text is cut too.

Would you mind to file a bug against Evolution to keep the signature in
the Edit as New, please? It would be at:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/
if you do not have an account or cannot do it, just let me know and
I'll fill it for you. I can do the change immediately, but it's better
to have a reference for it, thus if anyone finds it wrong he/she can
claim in the original bug or a reference to the follow up change can be
added there.
