Hi,
that's the first time I see any such thing. Is it that you send the
message through the Microsoft 365 account, not through an in-evolution
configured SMTP server?
Microsoft has an article explaining the problem here:

I believe a change on the evolution-data-server or evolution-ews side
is needed, depending how you send the message.

Does it happen with other messages too? Did you simply Reply to that
message and wrote your note somewhere at the top/middle/bottom of the
message? I'd like to find a way to reproduce this.
