I didn't enable "Synchronize remote mail locally in all folders" for
the account.
Instead I have enabled "Copy folder content locally for offline
operation" for only "Inbox" and "Sent"
Since the delay doesn't occur all the time, I will have to watch for a
couple of days to answer this question.
