[Evolution-users] Can't delete mail account

I have an account in my "Preferences" page named
@w.van.snyder at gmail.com. Evolution has "helpfully" added it to my list.
It never worked.

I get a periodic "Failed to connect to address book
"w.van.snyder at gmail.com : Address Book" with Reconnect, Open Settings,
X and "close all 2 messages" buttons, and "Error while checking for new
mail at "w.van.snyder at gmail.com" with X and "close all 2 messages"
buttons.

There are subtitles "Failed to obtain an access token for “Address
Book”: No credentials found in the keyring."

There's no box in the "Enabled" column in the Preferences page. When I
right-click on it, a box pops up saying "This account was created
through the Online Accounts service." There is a button "Open Online
Accounts" that does nothing. Double-left-click brings up the Account
Editor window but there's no "Receiving Mail" or "Sending Mail" tabs.

How do I get rid of it?
