[Evolution-users] Can't open folder in On This Computer accunt

The problem isn't actually in the "On This Computer" account.

I use Evolution 3.46.4-2 in Debian 12 Bookworm, and whatever newer one
comes with the Debian 13 Trixie distro (maybe 3.54.1-1).

I have a "Storage" directory. It's Email address under "Properties" is ~/mail/@here. Its server type is MH-format.
In both versions of Evolution, I have two stuck folders, and many that
work fine in the folders that contain the stuck folders.

I searched for "stuck folders in evolution" and the google AI said to
delete xyz.ev-summary, but there are no *.ev-summary files.

I have xyz.cmeta, xyz.ibex.index and xyz.ibex.index.data files. Can I
safely delete them as an experiment to see if that unsticks them?

When evolution starts, it tries to open one of them. When I cancel
opening by pushing the little red button with two dots, it adds
"(cancelling)" but never gets around to cancel trying to open it. The
other stuck folder isn't initially opened, but when I try to open it by
clicking on it in the left pane, it gets stuck.

I don't know what kind of anomalous stuff to look for in
~/.local/share/evolution.
