There are places on the net where you can temporarily upload images to
and then just post the link you are given to the mailing list.  I've
used things like PasteBoard, but that's not an endorsement and there
are plenty of others around. If you want to share large amounts of
text, then people tend to use PasteBin.

Do you have answer to this?  Do you have gnome-keyring running? Without
it, Evolution can't save passwords.
