	Hi,
this might look like an odd question, but I'm not used to the gtk
themes, thus I'm wondering: what is the name of the theme highlight
color, please? Evolution "knows" only about few "standard" color names,
where with "standard" I mean the names recognized by most/many other
themes than the Adwaita theme, with some defined fallbacks [1].

You can play with it when you change the settings:

   gsettings set org.gnome.evolution.mail new-message-folder-text-color "XXX"

Expected values can be seen here:

   gsettings describe org.gnome.evolution.mail new-message-folder-text-color
