None of those version numbers look valid to me.

Are you sure you don't mean 3.58 and 3.56.2?

That is very, very different than 3.5.8 and 3.5.6-2.


Regarding Evolution, flatpak, and KDE, I can't say where the issue is
but dark mode works perfectly well with Evolution 3.58 from flatpak
running on Gnome.
