As far as I know Evolution decrypts the messages on the fly and there
is no "save as decrypted" - I understand your use case, but I think
ideologically the MUA should go to some lengths to make sure there is
no plain text version around.
Your best bet is to save the encrypted version and then decrypt it
using openssl smime. I have no idea what happens with the attachments
or headers - or if it could be classed as an email after that!
I suspect it could be something a plug-in would do, but I haven't seen
anything like that around.
