The .eml file is nearly the same as the .mbox file which is standard of
evolution.
What I do in your case is pressing the "Forward" button of the
encrypted mail and select an "Inline" forward type to get the message
header displayed in the mail body and keep the attachments. Next I
deselect the "S/MIME Decrypt" under "Option" and add the Archive-Mail-
Address in the "To" Field. That sends the previously encrypted mail
with attachments (noW decrypted) to the Archive.
But be aware that you break the end-to-end encryption of this
information.
