Good Morning,

I use Evolution 3.52.3-0ubuntu1.1 Recently my Evolution stopped
Authorizing/authenticating with Google mail. I get messages ike this:
Failed to connect address book “chadriderba at gmail.com : Address Book”
Timeout was reached
OR
Failed to connect calendar “ceriderjr at gmail.com : Busy”

I browsed various online sources, followed a bunch of instructions and had
no success. Whenever I reached the authentication dialogs, they would
appear to work, but I would still fail to authorize.

SO, I reinstalled, completely. (new repository, etc.)
It worked! It wasn't smooth, sometimes the authentication dialogs with
Google worked in funky ways, but I was sending and receiving mail and
calendar and address books for three accounts. Then,, about a week later,
it started failing again.

ARGGGH!

I have two suppositions:

   1. Evolution somehow loses some critical part of the OAUTH dialog and
   doesn't know that it did.
   2. Firefox does not display/handle the authentication/authorization
dialogs correctly and Evolution doesn't get the bits it needs.

I have NOT tried making chrome/chromium the default browser, but I think I
may try that to see if it handles the authorization dialog boxes
differently..

Anyone have any clue??
