A click on Group Reply will default to Reply to List as long as the
right headers are present, otherwise it will do Reply to All.

(Obviously you know this Milan, I'm just commenting for readers who
might not be aware of it, in the vain hope that people will try not to
use Reply to All unless it's absolutely necessary).
