	Hi,
the 3.56.x series stopped to use that `accels` file completely. You
need to reconfigure your shortcuts, I'm sorry.

Open View->Layout->Customize... menu, switch to the Shortcuts tab,
search for the action you want to change (you can click on the first
action in the list and then type part of the name as seen in the UI,
and it'll jump to the nearest possible match; they are sorted by label
too, if you prefer to scroll for it instead of searching), select it
and then click the "Add" button.
