The preview pane requires the whole message. The "body preview" is just
few letters from the message.

I hesitate to add an option, evo has too many of them already, not all
accessible in menus. Not that the option would be complex, but it means
two different paths in the code, with different result for the users.

I see, they have the row kinda taller, which is not necessarily for
bad. They have it also much smarter than what I did in libcamel. It can
be enhanced, at least a bit.
