Hello,
I created a filter on my client that should display all mail items in
specific folders but it doesn't seem to be working.
I have several email addresses and I wanted to create a search folder
to gather all the mail in the Junk/Spam folders of each account for me
to review.
I named the search folder "All Junk Mail Folders".
Find items which match: any of the following conditions
Include threads: None
Condition: Match All
Automatically update on any source folder change is "Enabled"
Specific Folders:
On This Computer:.#evolution/Junk
mail address1:[Gmail]/Spam
email address2:[Gmail]/Spam
email address3:[Gmail]/Spam
email address3:Junk E-Mail
email address4:Junk
For email address 3:[Gmail]/Spam when I drill down through the imap
setup account and view the folder manually I see 182+ unread messages
but when I look into the search folder I don't see these messages.
Is there something I misconfigured on my end or is there something
wrong?
Any help would be appreciated.
I created the search folder with all the email accounts to search the
specific folders all at one time. I will try to rebuild the search
folder adding one account at a time to see the results and see if I can
isolate an account that is causing the issue.
