Debian doesn't roll back upgrades. An easy way to get the webkit
version is to do 'apt install <webkit name>' it'll tell you the newest
version is installed and give the version number. 

I did find this article
https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/79050/can-i-rollback-an-apt-get-upgrade-if-something-goes-wrong
by searching for how to rollback a Debian upgrade. It's old, the last
comment is dated 2018. 

Follow Milan's advice he is the developer so he's telling you what he
needs to try to troubleshoot this with you.
