I don't really use local spam filtering, but I think Evolution can use
Spamassassin as well as Bogofilter - perhaps you can check to see if
you have that installed.  Other things to check: You need to restart
Evolution fully to make sure there are no resident programs still doing
things (it's an "oddity" of Linux that you can remove an executable
from the filesystem, but running programs will keep running and the
space is not purged until the program is terminated); also under
Preferences -> Mail Preferences -> Junk you can uncheck the "Check
incoming messages for junk" and that will make sure that there is no
spam filtering at all.

On a different note.  This message you sent was actually a reply to a
different thread - changing the "Subject:" line does not change the
thread as threading on the "In-Reply-To:" and "References:" headers
takes precedence. In future could you make sure you reply to the
correct thread so that everything is kept together in one place.
