[Evolution-users] Can I customize the 3.56.1 toolbar?

I never forgot Pete's admonitions about Flatpaks. When I made my final move
from LMDE6 to Debian 13, I tried both the Flatpak 3.58 and the Debian 3.56.1
package. The older, more stable, tested version is back as my daily driver. 

It will take some time to adjust my workflow, but I miss that that large
toolbar in 3.58. Is there a way to increase the icon size on the tiny toolbar
on 3.56.1, to help my visually impairment? Other than that, the Debian version
is fine for me, as I have stayed within Debian's conservative release cycles,
safe in the knowledge that it has stood the test of time.
