[Evolution-users] Appointment changes to meeting when saved

Evolution 3.58.1 flatpack on Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon 6.4.8

IMAP account with Zoho

Whenever I create an appointment it becomes a meeting.  I got some
feedback somewhere a while back that this is an issue with my email
provider.  I contacted them and they say it's not them, that it's the
client software.

Is there any information I can use to debug/isolate this or give
feedback to my provider?  Is the cause/mechanism understood?
