This is what I get when trying that AppID:

   AADSTS65002: Consent between first party application 'd3590ed6-52b3-
   4102-aeff-aad2292ab01c' and first party resource '00000003-0000-0000-
   c000-000000000000' must be configured via preauthorization -
   applications owned and operated by Microsoft must get approval from the
   API owner before requesting tokens for that API. Trace ID: 04ad812c-
   0545-49b3-bdc3-227e56150900 Correlation ID: 86345bff-0f85-4e4f-bbbb-

I've got the mail set up on my phone now - so at least I can see the email
