[Evolution-users] Missing messages in Archive folder

I have a few archive folders and move some messages from other folders into the
archive - usually a month at a time.  I did this just now for one very busy
client folder and then happened to check what was in the archive and was shocked
to see that there are only about 30-40 messages there.  I've been doing this for
a couple of years months now and usually move up to 150 to 200 a month.  When I
look at the properties for the folder it says there are  4,952 messages there -
which seems about right.  Where have they all gone to - why am I not seeing
them?
The ones that are visible are from random dates over the last  couple of years -
June 2023, July 2024.  I just moved messages from October & November this year
and only one from November is showing.
Any ideas?
