Thanks for this reply.  It turns out I was mistaken when I said that
the issue is not related to the type of account.

I actually have 3 accounts in this same instance of Evo:  IMAPx, GMail,
and EWS (Exchange).

After more investigation I only see the problem when replying to EWS
messages.  If I select in the IMAP or GMail accounts, it works OK (I
used this method in this reply and it worked).
