"Server Type" on the "Receiving Mail" page for a new account. I tried
"None," hoping that would be "no external serer" but the account
doesn't appear in the left sidebar. At least I don't get "unable to …"
when I pick it from the "Send/Receive" button. Yeah, the "Enabled" box
is checked. The "Type" column says "SMTP."
