[Evolution-users] Forwarding an attachment

How do I reliably "forward" only an attachment by starting a new
message and dragging the attachment (If I don't want to forward the
entire message)?

Sometimes when I drag the attachment button at the bottom of a message
to the attachment area of a new one, it gets attached. Other times,
dragging the same attachment, in the same message, to a newer message
fails.

What's the correct reliable way to do it?
