Hi Tim,
I don't think this helps you at all but my version
3.56.2 (3.56.2-2.fc42) under gnome
has all the options which allows to download from each of the blocked
images.
If I click on the image I can download just that image and the rest
remains blocked as it should.
It all seams OK to to me, sorry not the same Evo version, OS or
desktop.
