My gut reaction is that if your service provider is spam filtering, why
do you need to run bogofilter on your local machine? Is it providing
any extra protection? Or is it just causing problems?

Other than turning off bogofilter ... in Preferencese -> Mail
Preferences -> Junk there are various options and I would probably
white list the source address by putting it in your address book and
enabling the specific option(s). You could also enable the "Prompt
before marking as junk" option so you can tell it to ignore the message
at that point.

As for resetting bogofilter: make sure Evolution is shutdown fully,
including the backends (use 'evolution --force-shutdown') before
deleting the database.

There is also the possibility that your service provider is still
classing the messages as spam and you'll be able to see if this is so
by temporarily disabling Evolution's local filtering.
