Can you just confirm that you are configuring the account from within
Evolution.

It's not Seahorse that is necessary, it's gnome-keyring. Seahorse is
"just" a frontend gui and doesn't store any authentication information
itself.
But as with most issues with Evolution I suggest you run it from the
terminal to see if there are any errors reported. You can also run it
with 'OAUTH2_DEBUG=1' to see the chatter from the OAUTH2 process.
